ESTP pushes through and takes the room. INTJ carries the logic through and dislikes being pushed. ESTP's "so, are you doing it or not" reaches the place where INTJ does not want to be pushed. Before ESTP, INTJ's logic begins to look powerless.
In terms of the mechanism, ESTP's first position, "force that pushes through", connects directly to INTJ's fourth, the place they least want touched. ESTP is only talking as usual, in the view they are best at. To INTJ, that becomes the sense of having their sore spot looked at. ESTP means no harm, and INTJ is not at fault. It is a matter of arrangement.

INTJ's first position, "logic that carries reasoning through", does not reach ESTP's consciousness. To ESTP, INTJ is "interesting and capable, but something is missing". When INTJ's second, "eye that opens possibilities", strikes ESTP's third, ESTP answers with a sermon. Given a safe distance, the two acknowledge and even admire each other.
